Hi Gurus
Is it possible to maintain more than one e-mail for a sales rep record in the communication section?
Can this achieved by any config?
Please help.

this cannot be achieved by configuration.
this is a Z development and its simple create a Z table with maintaince view with employee number with email id.
and there is a standard FM for triggerring a mail - SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1
