script to pdf conversion problem

I execute the script form output coming correctly but i download the form pdf is not get in correctly.

Can u tell me the fixed printer in script.

Can you explain a bit more as where exatly you are not able to get the PDF..

how are you converting the script to PDF or where you wrote the code.
