Configuring CCMS Alerts

Hello all,

I have configured the alerts through ALRTCATDEF (through alert categories) which are interface specific. Can see these alerts in the Alert Inbox.

Have also configured the CCMS alerts which are specific on the queues, adapters, etc. can see the alerts in RZ20 and also through program SXMSALERT_LOGREADER.

But cannot see the alerts in the alert inbox. Has anyone experience this kind of issue?
