Express message in Smart forms

Hello All,

I have created a smart form and when printing the form spool is getting generated. This is all fine.

But after some time I get a pop up express message that your spool request has been successfully completed.

How can we suppress this as we will be having list of items which will be printed by user and this pop up will be coming continuously?

Resolved..This was a printer driver issue which basis team has fixed

To add i have the below message when spool is completed

Status information for output request 20.639/ 1: Compl. [5010-055 Job name

Moderator message - When closing old threads, there is no need to add a comment. Adding a pasted answer like "Resolved myself " only brings old threads to the top of the forum list and pushes current ones down. If you do add a comment, please indicate just how the problem was resolved. Rob
