Copy Selection Profile from one planning book to another (with diff PA)

Is it possible to copy selection profile from one planning book (planning area 1) to another planning book (planning area 2)?

Hi,

It is possible to transfer the selection profiles from one planning area to another, but you have to write a Z program and execute the program to achieve this transfer.

Please check following function modules for selection Ids changes:

/SAPAPO/MCPSH_SELECTION_CHANGE Change a Saved Selection

/SAPAPO/MCPSH_SELECTION_RENAME Rename a Stored Selection

/SAPAPO/MCPSH_SELECTION_SAVE Create Selection

Hi

I think with SAP standard you can not copy selection profile from one planning book from one planning area to another planning book from another planning area.

All the selections get stored at planning area level, hence its not possible to copy.
