Trip request and travel expenses "comment" fields

Hello,

We need to insert comment fields in notifications :

- when the employee create a trip request, insert the comment field in the decision notification of WF20000050

-when he fills the expense report, insert the comment field linked to an expense receipt in the decision notification of WF20000040

I checked the the BUS2089 doesn't contain these Information. Where are stored these comments?

Method EmployeeTrip.GetDetails will get the comment data for the expense in table 'TEXT'. I don't think the text data from request is available in BUS2089. It is stored in table FTPT_REQ_REASON, you may need custom code.
