DMR in QM

Dear QM Gurus,

In one of the system, after getting skip lot, material is getting posted to QI stock, Client requires to get it posted to UU stock.

Please guide.

Create variant in QA10. Then set up in QA17. Make sure u click on skip lots in the QA10 variant.

There is also skip lot wait time in the QM plant configuration. Change this to what makes sense for your business. When testing make sure any skip lots are older than the skip lot wait time.

There are ways to it

1.Either maintain the Vendor in the Material assignment of the Task list Header.Inspection lot will be created but stock already will be posted into unrestricted.

2.Schedule in QA16 make variant & execute through QA17.This will take automatic usage decision in the background.
