CBDriver failed to load: dbd_sap.dll (The specified procedure not found)

Hi Experts,

I have installed BO Edge XI 3.1 server on windows server 2008 SP1. Then I have insalled SAP Integration kit (Server installation).

And then crystal report 2008 V1.

Detailed error: CBDriver failed to load (<;path>\dbd_sap.dll The procedure could not be load).

I am trying to create connection in Universe from SAP BW on server itself.

Is anyone got this error on server?

I have re-installed SAP integration kit but issues is same. My BOBJ server is on base server. Have not apply any Service Pack or Fix pack.

I really appreciate your effort on this.

Solved by upgrading SP2.

Which version exactly of the integration Kit did you install?

As stated above you should install the integration Kit as last component.

Process of BO tools installation:

BO Edge

Crystal Reports 2008

SAP IK

Okay, After Uninstalling SAP IK, Can you checked whether BO Infoview, Designer & CMC were working as expected?? & CR??

If all working fine, then install SAP IK and reboot the machine.
