Career from SAP Business One consultant to SAP R/3

Dear Experts

Hi

I have been working as SAP Business One (B1) Functional Consultant from last 3+ years presently at Noida, India.

I have done 5-6 end to end implementations in addition to various support projects.I carry good knowledge of ERP flow in SAP.

Now, I am keen to switch to SAP R/3 product. I have interest in SAP MM module. I have undergone training in MM module of SAP.

Will any SAP partner directly going to entertain me in MM module and appoint me as i have SAP experience for more than 3 years or i need to go for study in same.

Please guide me and also tell me if the study is required from where i have to go for study in India which should be beneficial for me.

Your all suggestions are highly appreciated.
