Direct online certification in QI02

Hi Guys,

This is our scenerio in QM .Reg the DOL Issue .The process is like this. whenever they do 105 movement Type ->It will go to quality ->DOL ( Vendor, Material Number, date are configured) ->Then it will go to unrestricted stock.

Suppose Vendor will pass some information for the material( In this case) ->before going to unrestricted stock ->DOL should not activate -.it has to go to QA32 for inspection.

Client is asking that is there any configuration settings for DOL where we can control. Is there any options to controll(Lot status like, IP TAGLOTS,DOL etc).

DOL is acivated in QI02 ->Inspection Control tab->Existing Qm System.

pl help us to proceed further.

for this requirment I would suggest u following steps

create q info record ( i think u are presently using it). in Inspection Control tab 'Inspection control' set to 'No inspection'

as per ur sceranio

whenever they do 105 movement Type ->it will go to unrestricted stock.

when Vendor will pass some information for the material( In this case) - change 'Inspection contol' to 'Inspection active independent of vendor certification'

create 105 -- it will go to quality

u can change inspection control as per ur requirment

we are using this for 1 of our client for DOL and it works smoothly

Where do have that option in QI02..Inspection control tab.Can you specify the exact path where we can control.

in qi02- second tab inspection control- in that third field (just below vendor qm system)
