"Order price unit cannot now be changed" error while closing PO's

Hi all,

We are on SRM 5.0 SP13 ECS.

We are unable to cloose some PO's and come across the foll errors in backend monitor:

PO 1000000010: Instance 1000000010 of object type PurchaseOrder c ould not be changed

PurchOrder 1000000010: Purchase order still contains faulty items

PurchOrder 1000000010: Order price unit cannot now be changed

PurchOrder 1000000010: Transfer failed

Also the current status for PO is "ERROR IN PROCESS".

Please suggest how do we close such PO's?

I am trying to CLOSE the PO by setting the indicator for GR and IR under Item data -->Statistics.

Hi

If you have approval process for PO this might be why you may have to do:

This is because of the workflow issue, you need the find the workitem ID in SWI1 and delte it using SWWL
