GL a/c blocked for posting

Hi all,

SRM 5.0 ECS

I have a service PO which is now in error in process.When I try to close the PO,I get the foll error:

G/L account XXXXX blocked for posting in company code XXX

Error in account assignment for item 1

How do I correct the above error and then close the PO?

Hi,

In The ERP R/3 system Go to FS00 trxn code & enter G/L account XXXX & Comp code and click the LOCK icon and remove the flag for the lock

if it is in Production client then discuss with your FI person

Hi

This may be error due to ECC G/L acct. get in tocuh with your finance team to resolve the issue.
