Texts not getting copied into Sales Order

Hi SAP Gurus,

We have a Scenario where many Texts are maintained in a Quotation like Billing notes, Promotional material, Material Quality etc.

The same texts are been copied into Sales Order.

But Unfortunately, the details that are maintained in Billing notes are been copied into Promotional Material in Sales order.

This Sales order is created w.r.t. the same Quotation.

Please help me.

Check the text determination process and maintain all the text types for QT sholud also be available for sales order and in VTAA t-code the from QT to OR use "301" complete header data . it should help sove the issue.

Have the text determination analyzied and check all the text types assined for QT , ar available for the sales order document type and in the copy control maintaine "301" in the header section.

This will help ur problem solved.

Hi Sree,

1. Just check all your text determination configuration has done correctly.

2. Check your copy control from quotation to Sales order, check your copy requirement. QT to OR then in header data change 101 routine to 301.

After doing this try,

Hope your problem will be resolved.

Hi,

Please make sure that all the text id's are same at both Quotation & Sales Order Header.

Goto VTAA-> Quotation -> Sales Order Header please try '301' Compl.SD Header Data.
