Hi Ronald,

Their is an issue with the post installation. Ref: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/00004f25-6190-2b10-2c8b-fa419234c...

Hi,

After the installation, did you run the "Post processing steps for PI" CTC template from the NWA? This configures a lot of things automatically.

If this still doesn't work, make sure the settings in the Exchange Profile for the Integration directory are maintained. These always come automatically but its safer to check.

Create a message to SAP.

01. After installation; check all the system user are unlocked.

02. is your system high availability? make sure all the server are up and running.

03. log on into SLD and check the content.

04. Cache refresh.

05. make sure you have the correct Java version installed.

Most import check the post installation guide.

Hi

After the upgrade did you do the post upgrade activities.

In Exchange profile you have to change the below

In the Connections section, change the entry for the property com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url:

Replace rep/start/index.jsp with dir/start/index.jsp.

restart the JAVA Engine

and use the below url

http://Hostname:port/dir/start/index.jsp

Thanks

Hi

After the installation did you run the PI Install templates from the NWA or configured it manually?

Please check the Exchange Profile and see you have all the parameters.

Login to the below url

http://hostname:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/com.sap.xi.adminweb/AdminApp

Click on Directory-> All properties and check the key and value information.

if you dont see the valid system and port name. you have to correct it in the Exchange Profile and restart the system.

Thanks
