Partial billing after PGI

Dear All,

Is it possible to do Partial quantity Billing which are already PGI'd.

Kindly let me know if any option available.

hi raja,

no i think so.

that means you can control it at delivery level either fully pick or partial pick.

i think so you cannot control in billing level.

Dear Balaji,

Someone told me that, at the item category, if we change the billing relevance top K, it will work.

But I tried that same, it is not working.

I am not sure whether I am missing something or it is not possible

Please confirm.

Go to VOV7, select your item category. In this maintain K for Billing Relevance

Now go to VF01, give the delivery number and do not press Enter. Instead click on Selection list on the next screen, select the item you want to bill and click copy and continue

Dear Lakshmipathi,

I tried as you said.

I have maintained "K" as billing relevance for the item category.

But after I selected the "Selection list" in the invoice, it is appearing in Grey mode.

I was not able to change the quantity of the material.

Am I doing something wrong.

Hi,

In Continuation to above, even i had the same requirement of Billing Partial Qty from Delivery. In accordance, i have made the required config change to Item Cat. Billing relevance to 'K'.

The system is allowing me to create Billing with Partial Qty., but only for the 1st time. When i try to Bill the remaining Quantity from the same delivery, is is not allowing me to do so.

I have checked the Billing Status in Delivery Item & it has status as 'C' - Completely Processed, although only partial qty billing has happend.

Please let me if their is some additonal config / check i need to do or is their something with copy control.
