Service Desk Message: long text update after action is processed

Hi experts,

We use TA CRMD_ORDER to post messages to the SolMan Service Desk.

At the moment I'm setting up a email functionality that sends an email to the partner who reportet the issue. The action is processed when the message status switches to a new one e. g. new --> in progress

(--> processing is done when document is saved).

Everything works fine, I only have the following problem:

When I post a new message text (e. g. SU99 - description) and save the message, the text is not printed in the e-mail (I use a modified copy of SAP form CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01). It seems as if the text is updated AFTER the mail action is processed.

Does anyone know how to handle this issue?

Hi,

please check if the action that updates the ABA message (Aktion key SLFN0001_STANDARD_UPDATE_DNO in SLFN) has a lower sort number than your email action.

Set it to '999', works fine, thank you!
