picking files in Order?

If there are two files in file folder, which file would be picked up first using file adapter? Is there a way to ensure that earliest file would always be picked first?

hi,

yes:

use: <b>Processing Sequence</b> (Transport Protocol File System (NFS)) parameter in the sender adapter

and: <b>By Date</b>

from help.sap.com

"If you select By Date, files are processed according to their time stamp in the file system, starting with the oldest file."
