Hi,
You can create a single PR per network ,it is std check your settings.
In OPUV,check the CollctveRequstn and set this indicator.

Hello Raj,
Collective PR per order will create one PR number but the line itemm number will be different though you have attached the same material to different activities of the same Network.
Regarding grouping of PR to one PO, while creating PO provide the refernace of PR numbers which you want to group in that PO, but though the PO number will be same, each PR referance will genarate a different line item number.
For EX:
If you have attached 110 bags of cement to Activity 1 and 30 bags of cements to Activity 2 of the same Network,Collective Purchase requisition indicator will generate a PR number like 10014284, but it will have two line items.
line item 10--> 110 bags of cement
line item 20--> 30 bags of cement
In PO, you may refer this PR number, it will identify each line item of PR as individual line item of PO.
If your requirement is to generate a single PO of 140 bags, then that may not be possible with collective requisition indicator.
You have the concept of Group to purchase requisition In ProMan, even that will behave in the same fashion as mentioned above.

Ravi
