SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job failing

HI All,

ST03 workload statistics job is failing due to an error.

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSCOLL00, variant , user ID BTCH01)

No authorization for transaction ST07

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

The user has these profiles

SAP_ALL

SAP_NEW

S_A.SCON

I dont understand inspite of having these profiles we still cannot understand what is the issue.Thanks.

Hello,

I think pfcg_time_dependency will help in this case. Tcode PFUG

Usually, this job is scheduled daily to save adjustments done to different user data.

Please select appropriate options on selection screen according to your requirements.

Hi The issue got resolved by going into SU01 edit mode and saving the user.I dont understand why this issue is happenning.Has anyone faced the issue earlier.Thanks.

Generally these types of issues are seen if you have CUA. The only reason is the user master record is not uptodate.
