I reinstalled the N4S testdrive Linux/Maxdb system got two different license documents from Link.
Long License files keep complaining that the system number in file is different than system number in file.
As you all know the long license is no longer installable by cmd saplicense -install.
I have chosen the wrong installation for this N4S Linux/MAXDB used N4S /Linux/DB2 and wrong hardware key.
How can I delete this license ? sap* cannot delete license. But no other user can login due to license not installed.
I guess reinstall will work if nothing else.

You can use
saplicense -delete
on command line.

I wish that that would work.
n4shost:n4sadm 91> saplicense -show
saplicense: no license entries found
n4shost:n4sadm 91> saplicense -delete
Specify your SAP System ID:
SAP SYSTEM ID = N4S
Specify your hardware key:
HARDWARE KEY = F1605332084
Specify the product ID(e.g. R3_BASIS, R3_ORA...) :
PRODUCTID = NetWeaver_DB6 This response is what is listed in SLICENSE.
saplicense: delete license failed
Can not find specified license
So right now don't understand if any license is installed.
So if I try a temp I get:
n4shost:n4sadm 92> saplicense -temp
Specify your SAP System ID:
SAP SYSTEM ID = N4S
saplicense: Temporary license NOT installed
No old or expired license found
So unless it is in DB table and Not finding anything during the select statement run I am looking that reinstall of system will be required.
You see any other way?
