I have a Shoppin cart and all the approvals were done and a PO was generated , but does not exist in the backend

HI

Check APplication Monitors( RZ20) in SRM , there must be some problem in transfer from SRM to ECC......

Thanks for the response.

I was unable to find errors in RZ20.

I ran the report BBP_PD, and it says that the shopping cart is HELD, Waiting Approvals, Incomplete.

But all approval where done in the SRM portal.

And what is the status of your SC in BBP_PD? Does it show I1111 inactive and I1113 as active?

I'm not sure of which exactly you are asking me, but below is a list of all statuses

Hi Robertfero,

Try resubmitting the SC by following step 5 in the OSS note 396102.

And then check for errors in RZ20 if the PO is still not seen in the SC history.

what version and what scenario your SRM?

any messages at the bottom of BBP_PD?

you may click "check again".

Is sourcing enabled for that Shopping cart?Pls check if the SC appears in the sourcing cockpit.You can also check if the Shopping cart is sourcing relevant in BBP_PD.Click on item details and then check if the SOURCE_REL_IND is set.
