Hi,
In our SOLMAN system, user is getting a blank screen in CRM_DNO_MONITOR. But, a super user can see all the records. What is the issue and please provide a solution

Hi,
I suspect that the issue is with the SAP GUI version. Is this happening only for 1 user? Also, to isolate the issue further, recommend the user to login from a different system and execute the tcode. If the user is able to view the report, then the issue is with the SAP GUI version. You may upgrade the SAP GUI in the users PC. However, if the issue remains same, enable a trace and identify the missing authorizations.

Hi,
Thanks both! SAP GUI is the latest only. This issue happens with all the users except super users. I will try to find it with ST01 and SU53.
