Hello Basis,
I am facing issue during installation of CRM 7.0 on Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 in Import ABAP phase.
Installation on Windows 2003 64-bit, installed Oracle10.2.0.1.0 and done upgrade to 10.2.0.4.0. The below error is coming ORA-13502.
Kindly help me on this.

After applying patch from 10.2.0.1.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 have you performed the post patching activity as per the readme.txt. The readme.txt is available when you unzip the 10.2.0.4.0 patch.
BTW why you are installing 10.2? refer Note 1339724 - Oracle 10.2 Extended Support free until July 31, 2011

I am getting the below error in SAPUUSER.log file
(DB) ERROR: db_connect rc = 256
DbSl Trace: OCI-call 'OCISessionBegin' failed with rc=1034
DbSl Trace: CONNECT failed with sql error '1034'
DbSl Trace: OCI-call 'OCISessionBegin' failed with rc=1034
DbSl Trace: CONNECT failed with sql error '1034'
(DB) ERROR: DbSlErrorMsg rc = 99
and SAP0000.log contains the below error
DbSl Trace: OCI-call 'OCISessionBegin' failed with rc=28000
DbSl Trace: CONNECT failed with sql error '28000'
(DB) ERROR: db_connect rc = 256
DbSl Trace: OCI-call 'OCISessionBegin' failed with rc=28000
DbSl Trace: CONNECT failed with sql error '28000'
(DB) ERROR: DbSlErrorMsg rc = 99

Post the output of sapinst_dev.log and sapinst.log from "sapinst_instdir" directory
