Installation of workflow plug-in

Hi,

I saw the other posts with same problem but I couldn't resolve mine...

Here is my configuration:

Visio 2003 pro SP2

SAP MDM 5.5

Here are the symptoms:

The first time I launched the visio plug in from the data manager, the stencil were loaded and then ... crash.

After I had launched visio standalone, I tried again to launch the plug in from the data manager, and then no crash but there was no specific workflow properties for the graphical objects.

I tried also to launch the workflow.vsl file from visio and it crashed too.

Matthieu,

please search on your PC for workflow.vsl and delete any superfluous occurences. After that re-install the MDM Workflow in the version (same build number) matching you MDM Server and MDM Data Manager installation.

This procedure solved so far any encountered issue in the past.
