Portal Runtime For .Net in Unix

Hi All,

Where can i find portal runtime for .net for portal installed in unix box..what r al the prerequisites for working with PDK.NET in UNIX box.

Hi,

There is only one variation of Portal Runtime for .NET. And it doesn't matter if the Portal installed in Unix or Windows machine. The only difference is that you can not install Portal Runtime for .NET in the Portal machine if it is Unix machine ( and the reasons are obvious ). But this is not a limitation at all, as you can install Portal Runtime for .NET in Windows machine and configure the Portal to work with Portal Runtime for .NET installed in the remote machine. For the exact instructions, read Installation Guide of the version you work with.
