db2 license expiring in SAP Dev system

hello All,

Im new to DB6 database and we are experiencing db2 license expiring.

What logs should I first investigate and and what SAP tcode can help me with this aside from SM21.

Hi,

It means that after installation you have installed the permanent license. Check SAP Note 816773 - DB6 Installing an SAP OEM license for db2 license installation.

Where can I check database logs particularly in SAP to check the actual logs since I have no access yet to our DB2 database.

Hi,

From SAP, I am not sure but from OS level, you can easily check it.

You can check Alert Logs in DBACOCKPIT transaction, from there I think you will get some information.
