Service billing of MRC

Hi,

I have created service contract for 1 year by entering start & end date as 12 month & system picks MRC as rs 2000 .So I want If I will change contract end date as24 month(2yrs) then system Aumatically picks MRC as Rs 3500.

Please give me the solution how End date/Rule wise system automatically picks MRC Value.
