Hello Paul,

Based on "Error Details RETURN CODE: -104"

it seems that your SAProuter Certificate is no longer valid and you

have to create a new SAProuter Certificate.

You can verify by issuing the command

sapgenpse get_my_name -v -n validity.

You will see a Not valid before and not valid after dates, so if you

are outside these date ranges then the certificate is not valid any more

If not valid then a new SAProuter Certificate must be generated

===========================================

Please notice that you have to delete the files cred_v2, local.pse and

srcert before you generate the new SAProuter certificate

Installation procedure can be found on

http://service.sap.com/internetconnection

=> Internet Connections

=> SNC: installing crypto functions

SAProuter certificates can be found on

http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncadd

=> Certificates

=> SAProuter Certificates

Hope this resolves your problem quickly.

Regards,

Paul

1. make sure the environment variables(SECUDIR) for saprouter is defined.

2. make sure the saprouttab file exist in the same directory(this file contains permissions which is used to determine what connection to let through or denied).

another way is to specify -R parameter

Better make new thread if you are going to ask questions(sometimes responses are quicker to come by).

Hi,

- is your SAP Router is up and running?

see on Task manager on Windows or ps -ef command on Linux/ Unix

- is your SAP Router is not expired?

issue command : sapgenpse get_my_name -n validity

- from your SAP, execute OSS1, and then select parameter > technical setting

verify your side as well as SAP side SAP Router IP address

- do you able to access SAP server?

issue command ping <SAP Router IP address SAP side>

- goto SM59 choose SAPOSS

verify that target system is OSS, msgserver is /H/<your SAP router IP>/S/sapdpXX/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapdpXX/H/oss001. change XX with SAP Router port. Example : /H/192.168.1.1/S/sapdp99/H/194.39.131.34/S/sapdp99/H/oss001.

group = EWA, and on tab security make sure that you have entered proper username/password which is OSS_RFC and password CPIC. Save changes made.

hope it help you.
