Basis patch hangs " tp user check ok"

Hi,

iam unable to add patch SAP_BASIS640 patch 14 . All other patches we have added successfully . When we try to import SAP_BASIS patch 14 system gives <b>"tp user check ok"</b> then system hangs . no response and no errors.

Please suggest.

Hi Kristene,

Have checked tablespaces and required patch lavel for this patch? Try to increase RAM & virtual memory.It may be some memory problem also.

See the log in usr/sap/trans/log -<SAP**.<SID> created in relevent date. It might be showing somthing.
