Language installation

Hi,

We are ECC 6.0 with EHP4.

Now we need to import Thai,Chinese,Chinese trad,Norwegian and Spain.

And the problem is I am not able to find the language patch for these languages (.PAT files).

Can some please tell me fro where I can down load these patch files.
