We will import R3load export data into a SAP system. We are required to use the latest kernel and change some DB parameter before DB load.
I am curious how to set a break point to stop sapinst temporary so we can performance the necessary adjustment (such as update kernel, change DB parament, etc...)?
So far I only know when sapinst stops due to error then I have a chance to do that. I want to corrent the problem before it happen.
Thanks for your advice.
James
I was suggested to use Migration Monitor to achieve this.

I think there is an option in SAPinst to stop at next phase.
