Hi Guys,

I want HR reports on the below Applications:

1. Personal Administration

2. Organization Management

3. Leave Management

4. Learning Solutions

5. Performance Management

Also I want to know whether cross application reports are possible on the above applications.

for example, Personnel Administration with Learning Solutions and Personnel Administration with Performance Management System.

If possible, then how much development effort for both Functional and Technical Specification.

And the last doubt I have is that We have a single source system and we have three clients for three different customers.

Can we have Analytics build in the same source system.

If yes then how much Man Days and time required for the Configuration.

and you can develop on single system no need landscape.

As practice purpose it will take 1 month else real time ask for 3 month.
