Hello

Can anyone resolve this error message no. QA495

I recieved this messgse while reversing entry done with T-Code QA11

Trying to reverse itusing T-Code MB1A with movement type 554 it display this message

'Message no. QA495

Change the inspection stock of material 7200175 in QM only

Diagnosis

You want to make a stock posting to/from the inspection stock. This is not allowed for material 7200175 because the quality ispection control has been activated by QM.'

Entry done in QA11 with movement type 553

pls resolve this error

activate inspection type 05 in that material master

do MB1A and then check

separate inspection lot will be craeted for this and then u can take ud

Change the inspection stock of material 7200175 in QM only

Dear check that material master whether in QM view inspection setup have been maintained if yes when you do 553 through UD then you can't reverse that stock through MB1B 554 you need to reverse the UD which is not posssible through standard transaction.

The functionality is not available in STD SAP you have to refer the OSS Notes. The notes are.....

175842 Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD

33924 Reversing Usage Decisions

Consult you technical guys in implementing same to reverse the stock.

what does this UD stands for in QM

UD means Usage Decision which is performed in QM module through QA11 transaction to post the stock based on quality results.

Now tell us what exactly is your problem what you want to do in system?
