Hi,
I am getting a problem while running ATP for a MTO product. If i run ATP several times it shifts the promised date at a regular interval like 6 days... Please suggest what could be the reason.

Kaushik
Hi,
What does it meant by ATP date? ist MAD date or delivery date or something else?
- Have you created PO wrt:PR generated by MTO?
or
- Immediate after creation of MTO , are you doing ATP check?
in MTO, system determines MAD date based on lead times mentioned in Inforecord (ME13- purchasing data view).
To determine delivery date system add transit time from route to MAD date.

Hi,
thanks for your reply. It is MAD day and similarly delivery date. MTO product is first configured and it cause first ATP check and propose MAD date after 6 days as production date + GR process time is 6 days. But if i manually Re-Triger the ATP it shifts MAD day by 6 days and consecutively the delivery date.
hi,
please check in MMR.
MRP 2:
In-house production 0 days Planned Deliv. Time 0 days
GR Processing Time 0 days Planning calendar
SchedMargin key 000
WORK SCHEDULING:
Lot size dependent Lot size independent
Setup time 0.00 Interoperation 0.00 InhseProdTime 0
Processing time 5.00 Base quantity 1
i think this might be 100% reason on this.
