TRX.Failed files in Trickle folder,

Hello Experts,

We are currently using SAP POS and in the trickle folder, we are getting trx files with the extension change to trx.failed and dup.

Can you please explain why the extension name is changing?

Do we have a problem with Returns Auth?

Regards,

Jason

.dup files are created when the same transaction is re-trickled to XPS from the POS. I donu2019t know if thereu2019s a process for cleansing/purging these, but if there is, that process is not part of the trickle process.

.failed files are the result of an attempt (or multiple attempts) to send the .trx file to the TN client (attempts that did not result in timeouts, for example, which would typically just be requeued).
