Credit Check at Delivery Level with Error Message

Dear All

I am new to SD and i need a step by step guide to configure the Credit Check at Delivery Level I have created the Credit Control Area and assigned the same to Co Code and Sales Organization however what further steps are required to enable the Credit Check with Error at Delivery Level
