Contract Booking: Error on providing RO(Release Order) in VA02

Hi Experts

In contract booking Release Order is generated in CRM but when we provide the same RO in VA02 it gives the Msg

"Sales documents is not in the database or has been archived"

and also in ithe field Payment to options customer or Dealer is not showing and showing error "Simulation showing error in Disbursal posting

I changed the sales area data for the business partner too in XD02

I pushed the BP also in CRMM_BUPA_SEND

but still the same problem

I'll try it and revert back to it soon but is the T code same to pass RO also

Hi Soni,

Please check if the Release Order has successfully passed to SAP R/3.

If the BDOC is not created, check if the status of the order is confirmed in CRM. If BDOC is generated then check your middleware settings.
