display all status approved

Dear Friends

Is it possible to list the SCs in SRM where the status is approved, but no Purchase was created in the backend because any failure?

Hi Marco,

You may use transaction BBP_BW_SC2, the record shown 'Release Status' (approved) and 'follow-on doc' (PR/PO number). Or write your own query.

Hi Marco,

You can simply use the FM "BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST".Pass the status details for "Approved" and "Follow on doc created" in tables I_STATUS and I_ITEM_STATUS resp.You will get a list of all shopping carts which ahve been approved but for which no follow on doc created.

Hi Deepti,

I have used the FM "BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST". Passed the status 1129 and 1113 but it returns no results.

Is it necessary to set the X at the dicator (Status Is Inactive)

For Approved status --> "I1129" in table "I_STATUS"

and Follow on doc created--> "I1113" and INACT = 'X' in table I_ITEM_STATUS.
