Create Travel Expense Report : disappear

Hello,

in transaction TRIP, for some requests, the "Create Travel Expense Report" link disappears, is this related to authorizations or status of request?

Hi...

it could 'disappear' for trip in future.

because, you should not make an expense report of a future trip date.

but, when trip date is in the past, link of expense report will appear.

Hi,

As per the new functionality from SAP, if the travel is for future date then particular travel form wont appear while clciking on create travel request.

Only the travel request which are completed will appear in expense report.
