Hi,

I am working on CCM 2.0 integrated to SRM 5.0.By mistake Master catalog got deleted.Now when I try to upload the CSV for master catalog the status shows being deleted.We have removed all the settings in the node "external web services" and also the linking of catalog in user attributes.The problem still persist.We alse tried runnig the report/ccm/initialize_cme but without sucess.Is there any Job that needs to be run inorder to clear the content or is there any tabels from where we need to delete the old content before running the report /ccm/initialize_cme.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

What SP is installed on your CCM 2.0?

We were on CCM 2.0 SP01, later SP02 and today on SP03 and according to release note "CCM 2.0 SP01 Netweaver 04 SP Stack 14" had to implement notes 873369 and 890719.

So carefully check the release note that corresponds to your CCM 2.0 SP level and Netweaver 04 SP level.

After running /CCM/INITIALIZE_CME the master catalog were recreated but empty (of course).

Hello Pritesh,

What is the problem ? If you need to delete the lock or delete the last version, please try /CCM/CLEANUP_CATALOG or /CCM/CLEANUP_UPDATE_STATUS.
