Error in Enrichment controller

Hi All,

After deploying and configuring enrichment controller, when I test the connectivity between enrichment framework and MDM, the status message says failed. Below is the exact error that is displayed.

"Unable to create new connection" "Check if MDM Server name is correct; Check if MDM Server is Loaded ".

I have deployed the enrichment controller, the MDM JAVA API and done all necessary configurations.

Appreciate any pointers to resolve this error.

Have you checked the system logs in MDM to see if there are any connections being made?

Hi Harrison,

Yes I did check the Connections in MDM Console, There are no connections made by user Enrich from the Portal Server, where the enrichment controller is installed.

Where are you getting this error?

In the encrichment controller administration tool you can see a detailed version of the error.

I get this error in Enrichment Controller administration tool . The issue got resolved after deploying MDM JAVA API Version 7.1 sp05.
