Work items are not visible under UWL in portal ?

Hi,

We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0.

We have observed one issue here. Workitems are not visible in UWL in portal.

But workitems are available in SAP inbox. i.e SBWP.

Completed items we can see in UWL.

Could you please let me know any idea on this.

Verify that

-> User is not locked in ABAP system

-> Validity of the users.

-> Roles assigned to users : SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_UWL_ADMIN and SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_UWL_END_USER

-> Logon group used for SAP_SRM System object and refer to SAP Notes : 1133821

hi,

Validity is there...User is not locked..

Roles alos assigned..still work items are not visible in UWL..

same can be seen in SAP GUI..and one more thing is " completed work items we can see in UWL for the same user.'

Please check if UWL config is done in SRM70 portal.

System Admin -->System Configuration >Universal Work list and Workflow> Universal Work list-Administration > Add system alias SAP_SRM and Connector type u2013 WebFlowConnector in the Universal Worklist system>then click Register button or Activate button.

The user who needs to see these work items under UWL needs to be assigned "Everyone role" in Portal.
