We are using BCS, we have 366 posting periods. is it possible to enter budget with period range. e.g. if i enter period range 01 to 31 means this budget will be for the month of January.
Can u please guide me how to do this. i can make a key but i have to give periods in the key that way they will be fixed i.e.if i insert 01-31 it would mean 01 january to 31 january. i do not want them to be fixed, is there a way to give range of periods while entering budget. or can i make distribution key which would ask me for period when i enter budget.
Hi, Eg you put value 366. Then choose Distribution key=7, and choose period=0(All). Then click on Period overview, and you'll that for first month budget=31, 2=28 etc Budget amount for moth= All value/ (quantity of days*12)
