Getting Wrong printer than the user default one

Dear Gurus,

We have set a default printer for aa user in its user profile default settings.

Yet the default setting is showing as we have set but whenever the user print the document for any transaction system shows

wrong printer determined.

I cant understand from where the wrong printer getting determined for this user and why the default printer from user profile is not being determined?

If its a basis issue then also suggest me the reason of setting change. And if we can do it from SD suggest me your valuable opinions.

2. Yet the default setting is showing as we have set but whenever the user print the document for any transaction system shows wrong printer determined - check in SU3 -user settings.

3. I cant understand from where the wrong printer getting determined for this user and why the default printer from user profile is not being determined - user might have been given one out put device and he might be in one location and we will be sitting in one location is different so there might be a sync missing to it.

4. If its a basis issue then also suggest me the reason of setting change. And if we can do it from SD suggest me your valuable opinions - printer set up is a basis task, i think so we have to take help from technical perspective also.

- Check Output Cond records- may be output device maintained in Output cond master (Tc:VV11 / VV21/ VV31)

- Check Tx:SPAD ,enter the Default Device- which should be available here & check printer driver etc..,

Still any issues, consult your Basis cons.
