creation of universe

Hi experts,

I have created a universe by selecting one of the BI queries. After creating the universe, when I try to export using FILE->EXPORT, the option EXPORT is disabled. Plz suggest how should i go ahead.

Hi,

You can check the user rights you have logged in to the Universe Designer. If you are logged in with normal user without having the proper rights to export then you set it in CMC.

OR, log in with Admin user and try to export.

Also, check that you created a secured connection for the universe.

You cannot export a universe with a personal or shared connection.
