'The Text belongs to Package $TMP'

Hi all,

When i try to change TEXT for a UI element i get a message 'The Text belongs to Package $TMP ' in web dynpro ABAP.

I need to transport these changes . Can anyone please advise how to change the Package from $TMP.

HI,

you can right click the object in se80 and choose other functions-> change package assignment

I cannot view the 'TEXT assigned to the UI Element of a WebDynpro in SE80.

Ex : for a Text View , I have changed the existing test in the 'TEXT' property.

When i try to save it , i get a pop up message ' The Text Belongs to Package $TMP'.

How can i change these OTR messages from $TMP to a Package.

Solution : I have figured it out . Goto Transaction : SOTR_EDIT and Under the Menu Tab Concept - Choose Reassign it will ask you for a Package .

Use transaction se63

the correct one is transaction sotr_edit
