ITS screen different between production system and DEV/QAS system

Hello,

I have a problem of ITS screen. (ITS integrated)

We made a change on a SAP screen on development system so we delete the template and recreate it. and transfer all these to quality and then production system. When we run the ITS service we sae that the template is not correct: the template has been generated with 'WEBGUI' format. So we deleted it again on development system and regenerated with the correct format 'MOBILE'. We transfered the request to quality and then production system. On development and quality system when we run the service the screen is ok, on production system the screen kept the 'WEBGUI' format.

Do you have an idea why the ITS screen is not correct on production system ?

Was the template and mime cache deleted in PRD via transaction /nSITSPMON after you republished the ITSMobile Service?

Check the service's "GUI configuration" via SICF; make sure no reference to ~webgui 1 exists.

It should be ~itsmobile 1
