Hello everybody
I'm having a little problem that I do not know how to solve it. I have two hosts being monitored at RZ20 in the option SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors > All monitoring contexts, the avaliability for this two hosts are red and with the message "Error when opening an RFC connection". I've checked the RFC connections of the instance in SM59 and they are all fine and working.
How can I fix this problem?? One of the machines is on a DMZ but the other machine is not.
Regards
The error that I've found in the trace several times is the error: Error RFCIO_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcpic.c : 1501
Do u know what it means? I'm searching for it.
Regards

Hi Marcelo,
In SM59, just select the RFC and above in same screen you can see the options
RFC----- Display Trace (Shift + F8)
Check the trace file and see if there is any connection problem between the two system.

Ravi

Looks like network issue, some where the ports are blocked. You have tested the connectivity from monitoring server to target server.
Can you please check you are able to test the RFC from the target server to monitoring server or do telnet test?
