How Correct the conditional type for previous month rebate agreement in SAP

1) How to recorrect the rebate agreement for previous month in SAP

2) How to do reclassification for the wrongly charged in the previous month?

Hi,

Rebate is a Special discount provided to the Customer(Dealers/Retailers etc) with a condition and validity period.

Response to Point 1)

Rebates are calculated retrospectively.

It means if the rebate Agreement starting date is in past then , whatever sales happened for respective Material or Customer(Rebate Receiver) or combination will be considered in the accruals.

Response to Point 2)

If at any point of time company policies are changed & found that rebate agreement values are in correct. In that case Manufacturer can close the Incorrect Agreement and create a new one with the correct Rebate condition.
