As 916 is meant for the dynamic Bins ( deliveries ), allowing negative stock here will lead to potential stock mismatch further leading to stocks getting shuffled & becomes close to impossible to resolve the same in future despite the fact that standard WH 001 Stg Typ 916 has Allow Neg Stock CHECKED.
